Here is a demo to show you what the system will do for you once you have registered:
1) Add your Performance Parameters
A detailed explanation for the "Test Protocol" will be shown (above the input fields)
Your personalized program will be calculated using these monthly performance test results
together with your user profile data that was entered at registration time.
2) Training Structure is displayed in calendar
You can click on a day and your detailed training program for the current week will be displayed.
Here is an example of a workout that is generated, including speed, pace, effort and heart rate zones!
3) Adding Races
Under your profile you can enter your upcoming races and the system will tailor your training schedule for you.
And, you still keep control over your goals for the race. See below.
Race importance is a key feature in determining your taper and recovery
"A" is for season focus, "B" is moderately important and "C" is for training
Race details can also be updated, although there are restrictions on how many changes can be made
4) The Training Structure and Program will change automatically to accommodate the race
Taper, recovery and recommended race pacing, based on your personal profile are all detailed in your weekly training program
and general structure displayed in your calendar.
To delete the race, you’ll simply click on the race in your calendar and select “Cancel Race”.
You can also change the distance or the race importance and the system will automatically make the necessary adjustments
After each block of training, you will be prompted to re-enter your performance parameters.
A day to do this will be designated in your training program, and will be displayed in your calendar as well.
Your training will always be perfectly optimised with where you are, every step of the way.
