Indemnity

I understand that participation in sport (swim, cycle, run & gym) and related sporting activities, are at my own risk and that MPG and its coaches will not be held liable for any illness, injury, death or loss of property.

I am healthy and have no known medical conditions that could prevent me from participation in sporting activities.

I indemnify MPG against all and any action of whatever nature, which may arise out of my participation in any activities, training sessions or events organized or promoted by MPG.

By registering I confirm that I understand these terms and agree to them.
